Residential plumbing and HVAC is managed by Sean Fanella. Sean has been with the company since 2015 starting out in our residential install / service department. He has been working in the industry 18 + years. That practical knowledge of having installed and serviced many systems helps assure the products we design and install gives your home the comfort you deserve and expect.
Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. has a 24/7 service department managed by Dan Boyer and Paul Gray. Dan joined our team in 2013 with an extensive background in the HVAC materials, supplies, and customer service. Dan coordinates and schedules all of the service technicians for emergency calls, follow up repairs and preventative maintenance. Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. has an ever-growing service team with 22+ service technicians and/or field technicians. The crew prides themselves in taking care of the customers and are trained to complete the tasks proficiently in the best way possible.
Commercial and Industrial HVAC and plumbing is managed by Todd Splain, Joe Russell, and Jimmy Pryor. Todd has been with Quality Air Mechanical since 2003. Starting as a field technician, Todd has worked his way through the company now handling planning and special projects, estimating, design build and project management. Joe has been with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. since 2003. He started as a field technician and has worked his way through the company. He now handles scheduling of construction, field supervision, as well as industrial piping systems.
The office, clerical and accounting is handled by Kerri Pryor and Vanessa Keyte. Kerri has been with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. since 2017. Vanessa was hired in 2019 to help with the ever-increasing workload.
Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. also has a shop dog, Sam. Sam has been with Quality Air Mechanical since 2015. Her job is to brighten the day of every person who walks through the door.
Paul and Jimmy are very active in the day-to-day operations of the company working side by side with all of the personnel helping to complete all of the tasks necessary to ensure that the company is managed as efficiently as possible, and the work that is being performed to the quality standard that the company was founded on.
