Staff and Contractors

Residential plumbing and HVAC is managed by Stephen Noviello. Steve came on board at the beginning of 2017. Steve has 35+ years of experience in the trade. He prides himself in providing the knowledge necessary to help choose the best system available that fits the customers’ needs and budget.

Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. has a 24/7 service department managed by Dan Boyer and Paul Gray. Dan joined our team in 2013 with an extensive background in the HVAC materials, supplies, and customer service. Dan coordinates and schedules all of the service technicians for emergency calls, follow up repairs and preventative maintenance. Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. has an ever-growing service team with 22+ service technicians and/or field technicians. The crew prides themselves in taking care of the customers and are trained to complete the tasks proficiently in the best way possible.

Commercial and Industrial HVAC and plumbing is managed by Todd Splain, Joe Russell, and Jimmy Pryor. Todd has been with Quality Air Mechanical since 2003. Starting as a field technician, Todd has worked his way through the company now handling planning and special projects, estimating, design build and project management. Joe has been with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. since 2003. He started as a field technician and has worked his way through the company. He now handles scheduling of construction, field supervision, as well as industrial piping systems.

The office, clerical and accounting is handled by Brenda Williams and Kerri Pryor. Brenda has been with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. since 2008. She handles our accounts receivables, payroll and general accounting. Kerri has been with Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. since 2017. Kerri was brought on board to help with the ever-increasing workload. Currently, Kerri takes care of accounts payables and receptionist duties.

Quality Air Mechanical, Inc. also has a shop dog, Sam. Sam has been with Quality Air Mechanical since 2015. Her job is to brighten the day of every person who walks through the door.

Paul and Jimmy are very active in the day-to-day operations of the company working side by side with all of the personnel helping to complete all of the tasks necessary to ensure that the company is managed as efficiently as possible, and the work that is being performed to the quality standard that the company was founded on.
